UltraSight

UltraSight’s software guides a bedside clinician through a cardiac ultrasound scan in real time. The company needed a one-minute film that showed exactly that — plainly, to a room of medtech people.

Live-action filming was not possible and the delivery window was short. The product interface on screen is the product, so it had to be shown exactly as approved — and the clinical act around it had to be right: the cardiac view, which side of the patient the operator stands on, which hand holds the probe, where it sits on the chest.

1. Watched and scored the field of competing one-minute films before locking a concept.
2. Studied the clinical act from real demonstration footage, timecoded, and compared the film’s own geometry against it shot by shot.
3. Blocked camera, room and action in 3D before generating anything.
4. Treated the approved interface as a locked asset — keyed onto the tablet, with the clinician’s hand passing correctly in front of it.
5. Logged every client note in a reconciliation ledger — note, shot, timecode, change, evidence — and measured the delivered file: loudness, sync, frame count, screen stability.
