Medical-legal visualization

When the medicine is the case.

Your expert understands it. Opposing counsel understands it. The people who decide the case are looking at a binder.

The problem with the record

Medical records are written by clinicians, for clinicians, in a hurry. Imaging is legible to a radiologist and opaque to everyone else. An expert report is precise, thorough, and forty pages long.

None of it was built to be understood by a mediator with an hour, an adjuster with a spreadsheet, or twelve people who have never heard the word “anastomosis.”

Film is. A mechanism that takes four minutes to describe can be understood in forty seconds when it’s visible — and once it’s understood, it’s difficult to un-see.

What we build

Anatomical visualization of injury and its progression. Mechanism of injury. Disease progression and the timeline of a delayed diagnosis. Surgical complications — perforation, obstruction, ischemia. Procedure reconstruction. Medical chronologies rendered as film rather than as a demonstrative binder.

Built for mediation and settlement presentations, expert-supported demonstratives, focus groups, and case development.

How the work is bounded

WorldSpire is a visualization studio, not a law firm, an expert witness service, or a medical opinion provider. Your retained experts and counsel establish the medical facts, the causation theory, and the case position. You supply it and you approve it. We visualize what you’ve established — accurately, cinematically, and in a form a mediator, an insurer, or a jury can follow.

You supply

  • the records and imaging you’re working from
  • your expert’s opinion and the case theory
  • the specific sequence you need visualized
  • approval at each review stage

We build

  • anatomically accurate 3D visualization
  • the sequence, timed and paced for the room you’re presenting in
  • a documented source record showing what each visual element was built from
  • masters in every format the venue and the filing require

Why this studio

Our medical director is a board-certified gastroenterologist with more than three decades in practice. Every medical-legal engagement includes a documented accuracy review before release: finding, change, resolution — logged and shipped with your master.

That review addresses visual and anatomical fidelity to the materials you supplied. It is not a medical opinion, a standard-of-care assessment, or expert testimony.

Practice areas

Scoped per matter. Send the materials and the theory of the case, and we’ll return scope, timeline, and quote within one business day.

How the work is bounded

WorldSpire Media produces demonstrative visualizations and explanatory films. We do not provide legal advice, medical opinions, expert-witness testimony, or determinations of causation, standard of care, or liability. Visual content is produced from materials and case positions supplied and approved by retained counsel and their experts. Admissibility of any demonstrative is determined by the court and is the responsibility of counsel.

Production stills from our own renders — craft evidence, not separate client projects.
