Three camera systems — external, endoscopic and fluoroscopic — have to agree with each other and with the device geometry across more than four minutes, and every stated measurement has to be one the evidence supports.

1. Locked the anatomy and device geometry as a reference canon before animating any step.
2. Cut six unsupported claims from the narration rather than soften them.
3. Re-voiced with a cast explainer voice; 13 of 13 clinical terms verified verbatim against the script.
4. Filled every silent gap with a designed audio bed — sound never asserts an event the picture does not show.
