Signature Explainer drawing — terms

The drawing is hosted, administered and fulfilled solely by WorldSpire Media.

MedTech Innovator does not sponsor, endorse, administer or bear any responsibility for this drawing. WorldSpire Media is an approved vendor for MedTech Innovator companies; that relationship does not make MedTech Innovator a party to this promotion.

Open to companies affiliated with MedTech Innovator, entering through an authorised company representative aged 18 or over.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law, and where an entrant’s own policies prohibit accepting goods or services of value.

WorldSpire Media reserves the right to verify affiliation before confirming eligibility.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Purchasing does not improve a company’s chance of winning.

Entrants remain eligible for MTI preferred first-project pricing whether or not they enter, and whether or not they win.

The entry window is open. The closing date will be confirmed by WorldSpire Media and posted on this page, and entrants will be given notice before entries close.

One entry per eligible company, not per individual.

Entries are de-duplicated on normalised company name, company email domain and work email. Where a possible duplicate is detected, no second active entry is created and WorldSpire Media verifies the existing entry.

At close, eligible entries are frozen and exported, the count recorded, and an immutable manifest hash generated over the frozen list.

Each eligible entry is assigned a sequential index. One index is chosen using a cryptographically secure random number generator.

The timestamp, entry count, manifest hash and selected entry ID are recorded and preserved as evidence.

The winner is notified at the work email on the entry.

The winner must respond by the deadline stated in their notification.

If the winner does not respond by the deadline, declines, or is found ineligible, WorldSpire Media may select a replacement by the same method.

One Signature Explainer produced by WorldSpire Media at no charge to the winner.

Scope, runtime and deliverables are those of a standard Signature Explainer engagement, confirmed in writing with the winner at the time of award.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.

The prize includes the consolidated revision round standard to the engagement. Additional rounds are billable at standard rates.

The prize covers production from materials the winner supplies and approves.

The winner is responsible for providing source materials, device or product references, and any clinical or regulatory review their own policies require.

If a project cannot reach production readiness within the period WorldSpire Media specifies, the award may lapse.

Excluded: regulatory submission materials, clinical trial documentation, work requiring PHI, translation and localisation, paid media, and any third-party licensing.

Additional work beyond the prize scope is quoted and billed separately.

Entry data is stored by WorldSpire Media and used to administer the drawing and to contact the entrant about visualization services, per the consent given at entry.

Entry data is not sold. It is not shared with MedTech Innovator as part of this drawing.

An entrant may request removal of their entry by writing to WorldSpire Media, which withdraws them from the drawing.

If a selected company declines, fails to respond, or is determined ineligible, WorldSpire Media may reselect using the same recorded method, preserving evidence of each selection.
